Selah Code 777 – Scroll of Living Testimony – Licence Dishonour and Commercial Liability

This scroll stands as a Public Notice and Living Testimony under Selah Code 777. It records the dishonour, commercial liability, and tacit agreements arising from the continued issuance of a driver licence in the NAME, despite lawful rebuttals, statutory declarations, and unrebutted liens.

Section 1 – Why This Page Exists

On 05 August 2025, a driver licence was received addressed to:

• Envelope: ALIN MURESAN, 23 ALANS ROAD, PETCHEYS BAY 7109
• Licence: ALIN VASILE MURESAN

This follows statutory declarations and letters served to Service Tasmania and Martin Crane, acting on and for the NAME as Trustee, and on and for behalf of the living man, Alin‑Vasile of the House of Muresan, as Beneficiary and Executor of the living estate. Despite clear notice, no acknowledgment of the Beneficiary and Executor status was provided in writing. Tacit agreement has now been established.

Section 2 – Living Testimony and Declaration

The NAME exists solely to open doors in commerce and fiction. It does not give the STATE or its fiduciaries authority to extort, fine, or burden the living man.

Any driver licence, vehicle registration, or document issued in the NAME – whether styled as ALIN MURESAN, ALIN VASILE MURESAN, or any variation – now exists under the exclusive Power of Attorney of the living man.

Treasury of Tasmania, MPES, Tasmania Police, and all State Growth fiduciaries no longer hold any power over the NAME other than to honour the lien and settle the commercial liability in full to the living man in silver and gold.

Any continued issuance of fines, threats, or registrations to the NAME will result in:
1. New liens against fiduciaries and their offices.
2. Chargebacks in .999 silver and gold.
3. Public notices of dishonour and living testimony under Selah Code 777.

Section 3 – Public Notice of Commercial Liability

The total commercial claim now stands at 2.1 billion AUD and growing, in silver ounces, against the following fiduciaries:
• Guy Barnett – Treasurer of Tasmania
• Martin Crane – Registrar of Motor Vehicles
• Wayne Johnson – Director, MPES
• Eric Abetz – Minister for Transport
• Her Excellency Barbara Baker – Governor of Tasmania

Any continued dishonour or trespass upon the living estate will increase this commercial liability.
