Public Notice of Commercial Obligation, CQV Trust Remedy, and Demand for Payment in .999 Fine Silver

To all officers, agents, and principals, public and private, having or claiming an interest:

This is a matter of unrebutted, perfected commercial claims, secured by Security by Way of Lien and enforced under Lex Mercatoria, the Law of Equity, and Natural Law.

1. Background & Standing

On 15 March 2025, four perfected liens were published in The Mercury newspaper, Hobart, Tasmania, against named public officers for criminal and commercial wrongs, totalling $708,100,000.00 AUD (Seven Hundred Eight Million, One Hundred Thousand Australian Dollars) as the combined claim value for all four liens.

Due to continued dishonour and interference, any public officer or agent acting against the perfected liens or the rights of the Living Man and Woman now becomes liable for the full combined lien value as set on the public record.

2. Expansion of Liability

Following the dishonour of this public notice by silence, and interference with perfected claims by public officers, additional liens were issued against John Ramsay and Eric Abetz, each at the full combined value of $708,100,000.00 AUD (Seven Hundred Eight Million, One Hundred Thousand Australian Dollars).

Current standing lien total:

• Original four liens (combined) – $708,100,000.00 AUD

• John Ramsay – $708,100,000.00 AUD

• Eric Abetz – $708,100,000.00 AUD

This brings the current total commercial lien claim to $2,124,300,000.00 AUD (Two Billion, One Hundred Twenty-Four Million, Three Hundred Thousand Australian Dollars), payable only in .999 fine silver, troy ounces.

3. CQV Trust Remedy

This claim also constitutes a lawful demand for remedy for the rebutted Cestui Que Vie Trust presumed to exist under the Cestui Que Vie Act 1666, unlawfully administered under the LEGAL NAMES:

• MR ALIN VASILE MURESAN

• MRS LOREDANA ADINA MURESAN

• MS OLIVIA JASMINE MURESAN

• MASTER SAMUEL JAMES MURESAN

As Beneficiary and Executor for these legal titles, the Living Man, Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan, demands immediate remedy and release of the trust property in lawful form, payable in .999 fine silver, troy ounces.

4. Trigger for Additional Liens

Any further dishonour, non-response, or interference with these claims shall automatically create a new lien against each offending individual at the value of $708,100,000.00 AUD (Seven Hundred Eight Million, One Hundred Thousand Australian Dollars), payable in .999 fine silver.

5. Rebuttal of CBDC & Fiat Tender

Any attempt to tender Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), fiat currency, or any other unlawful instrument in place of lawful silver will be rejected and recorded as further dishonour, triggering additional lien liability as above.
