📜 Declaration of Testimony and Enforcement
Let it be written, let it be known, and let it be recorded for all time —
That the Lion of Enforcement, operating under presumption and fiction, has been struck by the hammer of Truth. Though it roared and prowled, it could not consume. Its claws were made of paper; its teeth, of silence and fear. But Truth does not flinch. The man stood. And the Lion turned to stone.
I, Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan, living man, sui juris, under the Most High God, make this declaration in full standing — as Beneficiary and Executor of the estate, separate from any and all ALL CAPS constructs or presumed suretyship.
The following entities stand named and liable:
Wayne Johnson – Director, Monetary Penalties Enforcement Service
Martin Crane – Registrar of Motor Vehicles
Andrew Wright – Administrative Officer, State Growth (licensing & enforcement)
⚖️ Let it Be Known
Wayne Johnson, Director of the Monetary Penalties Enforcement Service (MPES), knowingly proceeded with administrative and commercial dishonour, issuing enforcement and correspondence to multiple coloured variations of the NAME, including but not limited to:
ALIN VASILE MURESAN, Alin MURESAN, and other derivations intended to mislead, presume jurisdiction, and contract by deception — using varying styles and fonts under different colours of law.
This occurred throughout the lien process, while the living man and his house were actively rebutting presumption and serving lawful notices.
In direct dishonour of these lawful declarations, 3 demerit points were enforced against the Medium HR licence, under the corporate title ALIN VASILE MURESAN, even while infringement and enforcement notices were issued separately to "Alin MURESAN" — a completely different styled construct.
This tactic constitutes deliberate jurisdictional trickery and fraud by way of:
Colourable law
Dual NAME manipulation
Failure to identify the living man despite notice
Worse still, the escalated Penalty Notice was paid under duress by Loredana Adina, who had lawfully declared herself the driver.
Statutory Declarations were made by Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan on and for behalf of the NAME (“MR”) and on behalf of LOREDANA ADINA MURESAN, including her driver licence number, submitted to Wayne Johnson and Tasmania Police. These were lawfully signed and unrebutted.
When the living man Alin-Vasile entered Tasmania Police Station in Huonville and asserted correction of standing, two Police Officers — one a female — attempted to force joinder with the PERSON on the Driver Licence. The policewoman asked:
"If this is not you and this address is not yours, then who does this photographic image belong to?"
The man answered:
"That is a picture of me — and I am not getting paid for it."
She struggled to contain her emotion. When shown the Statutory Declaration – Nomination of Actual Driver, handwritten and signed at Cygnet Post Office, she pointed to the phrase “AKA STRAW MAN” and said:
"I can’t see anything."
The living man began reading the declaration aloud. She stormed out and sent a male officer, who accused him of being a "sovereign citizen". The man stood in truth. The officer said:
"I’ve tried to help you. You’re not listening. I’ve told you to go to Inspector K. Bennet. Now leave."
The man discerned the threat, knew the danger of further presence, and left in peace. The fraud continued.
The second Statutory Declaration clearly nominated LOREDANA ADINA MURESAN. The living woman went in person to Cygnet Police Station and said:
"I was the driver. Correct this and remove this fine from ALIN VASILE MURESAN."
She was redirected to Service Tasmania in Huonville. There, a female officer made calls and told her:
"We cannot speak to you without Alin. Ask him to call us."
The living man did not call, discerning the trap of verbal joinder. He had already submitted declarations. No photographic evidence confirmed Alin as the driver. And yet, enforcement continued.
The man and woman both affirm: they are not "drivers" in commercial terms, but were coerced to avoid harm.
Inspector K. Bennet did not correct the fraud — because she is part of it. The theatre of legalese continues. But the man and woman have exited the show.
💔 Testimony of Harm — The Bread Was Taken
The living man, Alin-Vasile, lost his school bus driving job due to stress, harm, and dishonour — not just for himself, but to protect his boss Shane, who also suffered.
Despite living with a TPD disability to his left hand, Alin had worked in honour. The fine, the demerit points, the false accusations, and the rejection of truth caused his resignation. This was commercial injury, spiritual injury, and reputational damage.
The bread was taken. Not by law — but by fraud.

🔥 Final Scroll Addendum — The Beast Was Named
To every STATE actor, Cabinet member, legal advisor, or officer of fiction:
You have been named. You have been noticed. You are now charged — under Heaven and Commerce.
The Cestui Que Vie Trust Act of 1666 is your foundation. Remove the "1", and it becomes 666 — the number of the beast.
You enforce codes without signature. You tax the living by presumption of death. You cannot see the living — because you are sworn to serve fiction.
We are not the NAME. We are not dead. We have been redeemed.
You are in default. The lien is perfected. The debt is due: $708,000,000.00 AUD per officer.
