"The Lion Roars Again — John Ramsay and the Suppression of the Castle Doctrine"

Greetings, I Alin -Vasile of the House of Muresan had a submission in 2022 to the Tasmanian Planning Commission, to Tasmanian Planning Commission due to rezoning of the region, part of my representation which was an objection to any changes and and objection to any implied consent to contract and govern over the House of Muresan and 23 Alans Road Petcheys Bay Tasmania. At the time of the submission Jason Browne former General Manager of Huon Valley was under question by the House of Muresan and his authority to govern. Mr Jason Browne was sent 3 letters 7 days apart to respond and provide material evidence there is a Tasmanian Government, That Jason Browne Has authority To Govern etc....after letter 3 very late in the Announcement of the Tasmanian Planning Commission Scheme of rezoning a letter was received informing that there is some sort of a Parrot called swift Parrot and they might need access to the property. I had given our objection and formal representation which was accepted and remained on file for two years or so? I had done a quick search and to my surprise surprise the dragon has shown its true colours The Representation I had given to Tasmanian Planning Commission and the recent discovery that the Castle Doctrine representation has been removed or hidden from public view. State why this is not just a clerical error — but an act of suppression.

As you have failed to provide evidence of your authority to govern in the posi on of General Manager Huon Valley Council in the letters sent to you on the 3rd day of May 2022 regards the claims you have made.Claims 1-23 remained unanswered.
