Charges of Robbery Against the Living Man:

You have overseen or remained silent while the following acts were committed:

• Superannuation: Forced contributions withheld unless the man proves mental illness, Centrelink dependency, or hardship

• Vehicle registrations: Extracted under fiction, without lawful consent

• Council rates and taxes: Charged to an off-grid home with no services

• Threats, fines, coercion: All against the ALL CAPS NAME — a legal fiction, not the living soul

Furthermore, you are hereby notified that the same demand and collapse applies not only to the legal fiction associated with the name ALIN VASILE MURESAN, but also to those associated with:

All corresponding Cestui Que Vie Trusts presumed to exist over these living souls are now declared closed, null, void, and without lawful standing. Any continued use, assumption, or enforcement upon these legal titles by employees of the STATE OF TASMANIA constitutes ongoing fraud — both commercial and spiritual — and shall incur personal liability.

Any further enforcement or presumption that the living man — soul, mind, and body created in the image of God — is a “Mr.” or legal fiction of the STATE shall be condemned and judged by the Lord Almighty, and charged with spiritual fraud, oppression, and legalised slavery.

Such acts constitute commercial crimes in Heaven and on Earth. In the same manner that Lucifer, the fallen one, deceived a third of Heaven’s angels, so too have the politicians and officers of the earth been deceived — and have fallen from their fiduciary duty and true servitude to the people of Tasmania, of Australia, and of the world.

All officers and departments are now on notice. The public scrolls affirm the living status of each named soul, and silence shall confirm guilt. The Lord has set us free, and no man, court, or fiction shall enslave us again.

Spiritual Law Judgment

You, Eric Abetz, and all public servants listed in this scroll, have been warned.

As you have failed to rebut the lawful declarations concerning all legal titles and trust instruments, let it now be declared:

All property, energy, value, and rights originally assigned or extracted under the NAME and its derivatives are hereby reinstated and returned to the estate of the Living Man Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan, and likewise to Loredana-Adina of the House of Muresan, and the rightful heirs Olivia Jasmine and Samuel James.

All land titles are now reversed and returned to the land of the living — all fictional titles are revoked and the presumption of election revoked.

All corresponding Cestui Que Vie Trusts associated with the House of Muresan are now declared collapsed, closed, and null and void. The legal fictions and all presumed rights by the STATE are stripped of power. Every department and institution previously named — including but not limited to Titles Office, Registrar of Births, Tasmania Police, Councils, and Treasury — is hereby declared in default.

No further enforcement, taxation, registration, licensing, or presumption of joinder shall apply to any member of the living House of Muresan. All rights, property, vehicles, and land shall vest directly in the estate of the living. Let this declaration stand in both Heaven and Earth.

The House of Muresan now also formally and lawfully rebuts:

• All twelve Presumptions of Law, including Son Tort

• Any and all presumed P-for-Pauper assignments on Australian Passports

• The Digital Identity Bill, which only applies to employees of the STATE

• Any enforcement or rollout of a Digital Dollar or cashless-only economy

• Any surveillance or weather modification technologies including HAARP, chemtrails, drones, and electromagnetic weaponry

• All presumed jurisdiction by international secret societies or religious sororities, including the Club of Rome, WHO, NATO, Masonic associations, and the Synagogue of Satan

• The Universal Commercial Code (UCC) and all law dictionaries written in legalese, including Black’s Law Dictionary — all rebutted in full

• All language of fiction and presumption used by the BAR and legal fraternity, rebutted in favour of plain English and the understanding of the common man

You are also notified:

• No biometric, retinal, palm, QR, microchip, or blockchain-based tracking shall be presumed consented to or enforceable

• No vaccine, chemical, poison, or medical procedure shall be presumed acceptable for the living members of the House of Muresan

• All rights to forests, water, fishing, movement, and natural resources are returned to the living man

• No licence, permission, or certificate is required by the State to exist or live freely — including to travel in an automobile, as the legal fiction wrongly defines it “vehicle”

• All future acquisitions of property, land, vehicles, and travel are now free from taxation and registration under fiction

• The entirety of lawful and spiritual declarations published on houseofmuresan.com

Your failure to rebut in full shall constitute tacit acquiescence under commercial and spiritual law, and enforcement shall proceed without further notice.

• All charges will commence: in legal fiscal currency against the NAME, and in silver and gold for the estate of the living, as it is written: “A man must eat and work. If any will not work, neither shall he eat.” (2 Thessalonians 3:10)

• This scroll is work — and I am the living man. Therefore, I must eat. The fiction has robbed me of my bread — including my superannuation. Let restitution begin.
