Let it be written and let it be known:
On the 19th day of June 2025, a Final Declaration and Notice of Remedy was issued by email to over 20 key departments and officials of the Tasmanian Government, including:
✅ The Honourable Guy Barnett MP, Treasurer of Tasmania
✅ Her Excellency Barbara Baker AC, Governor of Tasmania
✅ Department of Premier and Cabinet
✅ Supreme Court of Tasmania
✅ Tasmania Police
✅ Department of State Growth
✅ Solicitor-General
✅ Public Trustee
✅ Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages
✅ Registrar-General and Valuer-General
✅ DFAT, Medicare, Centrelink, ATO, and others.
📩 But what followed reveals the truth behind the veil:
🚫 Multiple official departments rejected delivery, returning errors like:
“Recipient address rejected: Access denied”
“No such recipient”
“Unrouteable address”
These bounce-backs were not accidental.
The emails were systemically blocked — not just one, but many:
🔒 Legislative Suppression – The Gazette Refusal
Earlier this year, Mr Allan Jeffrey, Assistant Gazette Officer, Tasmania, confirmed that the Legislative Council advised him not to publish the Security by Way of Lien notices submitted by Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan.
When asked to name who advised this suppression, he refused to answer.
Instead, Mr Jeffrey stated:
“Your content is unsuitable for the Gazette… try a mainstream newspaper.”
And so, on 15 March 2025, a full-page public lien was lawfully published in The Mercury and remains unchallenged. The public notices are now archived at:
