Every communication clearly declared my lawful standing as the living man, sui juris, not the corporate fiction “MR ALIN MURESAN.”

• Eric Abetz – Attorney General of Tasmania

• Megan Leary – Principal Officer, Ombudsman Tasmania

• Registrar – Supreme Court of Tasmania

• Tasmania Police

• Treasury & Finance – including Guy Barnett and Gary Swain

• Service Tasmania

• Public Trustee of Tasmania – including Todd Kennedy (blocked email correspondence)

— all continued to:

• Address the NAME in ALL CAPS, ignoring the declared living man.

• Presume joinder into corporate fiction.

• Remain silent in the face of lawful notice and lien.

This is willful blindness, administrative dishonour, and commercial default.
Silence is taken as tacit agreement to the truth and claim stated.

Status: Filed in the Court Room of Records as unrebutted evidence for international remedy and default proceedings.

This record documents the ongoing willful blindness and administrative dishonour by Tasmanian and Commonwealth government officials who, despite being lawfully notified, refuse to act in truth, in good faith, or in accordance with their oaths.

It forms part of the permanent Court Room of Records archive under Selah Code 777, preserving unrebutted testimony, perfected liens, and lawful notices served to: the Treasurer of Tasmania, the Governor, the Attorney-General, the Public Trustee, Tasmania Police, the Courts, and other State and Commonwealth agencies.
