Declaration of Standing

We, Alin‑Vasile of the House of Mureșan and Loredana‑Adina of the House of Mureșan, living man and living woman, Beneficiaries and Executors, do hereby reaffirm that we are not “sovereign citizens,” nor any label applied by the State. All such presumptions have been lawfully rebutted on the public record, including by published lien notices, affidavits, and scrolls.

We stand under Divine Law (God’s Law) and Natural Law, and as we live among men we use Lex Mercatoria (Law Merchant) to settle every matter, including perfected liens and lawful notices, asserting lawful dominion over our estate, lineage, and offspring — Samuel‑James and Olivia‑Jasmine of the House of Mureșan.

Five‑Phase Remedy Path

1. Correct Standing — Affidavit of Status, rebut presumptions tied to Birth Certificates, NAMES, TFNs, licences, and serve notices to relevant agencies.

2. Correct the Ledger — Notify the State that we are Beneficiaries, not Sureties; demand correction of public and commercial ledgers.

3. Lawfully Demand Remedy — Invoke Public Policy (HJR‑192), Maxims of Equity, and Trust Principles; require discharge of obligations and recognition of lawful status.

4. Secure Estate & Protect Offspring — Establish Private Irrevocable Trust for House of Mureșan, designate succession rules for Samuel‑James and Olivia‑Jasmine, remove property from public record where possible.

5. Peacefully Exit the Battlefield — Operate privately, lawfully, and peacefully; avoid joinder except under duress; maintain minimal state interaction in writing only.

1. We are living man and living woman, not legal fictions or persons under any Act.

2. We have rebutted all presumptions of trusteeship and agency.

3. We are Beneficiaries and Executors of the estates linked to the NAMES “MR ALIN VASILE MUREȘAN” and “MRS LOREDANA ADINA MUREȘAN.”

4. We do not consent to unlawful administration or assumption of suretyship.

5. We claim full dominion over our estate and all rights reserved for ourselves and our offspring Samuel‑James and Olivia‑Jasmine.

Declared over my house and dwelling known as 23 Alans Road, Petcheys Bay, Tasmania — the land entrusted to my stewardship, where I stand as living man and Beneficiary/Executor, on this 2nd day of September 2025.
