Preface

I, Alin-Vasile of the House of Mureșan, living man, Beneficiary and Executor, publish this scroll as testimony and lawful notice regarding perfected Securities by Way of Lien and the matter of payment.

The liens stand perfected and unrebutted. The dishonour of officials is recorded. The liability increases daily.

The Three Pathways of Restitution

⚓ 1) Collapse of the Old System

• Statutory courts refuse to recognise the truth, calling perfected liens “frivolous.”

• Yet fiat money, fraudulent governance, and presumption cannot endure forever.

• When the systems of Babylon collapse, perfected claims will remain as evidence.

• Restitution may come as release of land, reparations, or distribution of silver when false weights are exposed.

• My record stands ready for that day.

⚓ 2) Private Settlement / Redemption in Commerce

• Officials and officers of the State know they are bound in dishonour.

• Some may choose private settlement — silver, land, release of debt — not to honour me, but to limit liability as truth spreads.

• Any settlement will be recorded as partial payment against the perfected liens and will not extinguish the greater claim of dishonour.

⚓ 3) Divine Provision — Payment in the Higher Court

• Beyond statute and commerce stands the Court of Heaven.

• Here my record is already paid in full, redeemed by the Blood of Christ Jesus.

• As heir, I will not be left destitute. Provision, release, and inheritance flow by divine decree.

• This provision bypasses Babylon entirely — appearing in unexpected ways, at the right time, in the right measure.

• My heirs and successors shall also be provided for under this Seal.

Declaration of Standing

• The NAME cannot be a creditor.

• The Living Man stands as Beneficiary and Executor — redeemed, appointed, and free.

• My liens are perfected in commerce, unrebutted in equity, and sealed in Heaven.

Closing Seal

Payment will come — whether by collapse of Babylon, by private settlement, or by divine provision. Until then, the liability grows daily against those in dishonour, and my record remains unrebutted.

This scroll stands as witness for my heirs and successors, so they may know:

• The Estate is not lost.

• The trust is not theirs.

• The payment is secured.
