Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal

This public notice is issued to Jenny Wilkinson, in her official capacity as Secretary to the Commonwealth Treasury, Government of Australia. It concerns:

  • Perfected Security by Way of Lien(s) published on 15 March 2025 in The Mercury newspaper.

  • The CQV Trust remedy for the living man and woman.

  • A lawful demand for payment in .999 fine silver (troy ounces).

Summary of Perfected Liens
On 15 March 2025, four Security by Way of Lien instruments were published in The Mercury to the total sum of $708,100,000.00 AUD (Seven Hundred and Eight Million, One Hundred Thousand Australian Dollars) covering the combined commercial claim against four separate named respondents.

Since the date of publication, those liens have remained unrebutted and stand as perfected claims at law.

Due to continuing dishonour and interference by additional parties, further liens have been served, each carrying the full cumulative liability of $708,100,000.00 AUD per individual — as per the public notice terms.

Current Total Claim
Total lien claim value: $2,124,300,000.00 AUD
(Two Billion, One Hundred Twenty-Four Million, Three Hundred Thousand Australian Dollars)

Payment terms:
Payable only in .999 fine silver (troy ounces) at the prevailing market rate.

Basis for Demand

  • Legal Fraud — Holding both Beneficiary and Executor positions over our estate without consent.

  • Commercial Fraud — Ignoring perfected liens and public demand for remedy.

  • Trust Fraud — Unlawful control over CQV Trust property.

  • Spiritual Fraud — Denying the God-given dominion of the living man and woman.

  • Breach of Fiduciary Duty — Failure to perform the lawful obligation to release remedy to the rightful beneficiaries.

Notice of Default
The Tasmanian Treasury, including Treasurer Guy Barnett and Secretary Gary Swain, has remained in default and failed to send lawful payment to the legal titles of MR ALIN VASILE MURESAN and MRS LOREDANA ADINA MURESAN as required.

Accordingly, this matter now escalates to the Commonwealth Treasury for their immediate attention and remedy before further escalation to international jurisdiction and potential default judgment.

Silence, non-performance, or continued interference constitutes dishonour and agreement by acquiescence under contract law, and further triggers automatic lien liability of $708,100,000.00 AUD per individual official involved.
