House of Muresan – Court Room of Records

1. The Witness

I, Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan, am a living man, redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb, citizen of Heaven, Beneficiary and Executor of my estate.

I do not seek to overthrow governments or change the beast system. It must rise, for the Book of Revelation is true and must be fulfilled. I interfere not, for it is written: all these things shall come to pass.

I simply am. I live. I stand in my Father’s will, declaring, “Not my will, but Yours be done.” I am a witness to the rulers and to the beast system. I have been set free — and whom the Son sets free is free indeed.

2. Sovereign Citizens vs. The Living Man

“Sovereign citizen” is an oxymoron: one cannot be both sovereign and a citizen. They remain in fiction, still bound by the state they claim to resist. They storm into Babylon’s courts and are displayed as threats to the state.

I am not a sovereign citizen. I am the living man, Beneficiary and Executor of my estate. I do not enter their courts. My Court is the Court Room of Records where silence is dishonour and dishonour perfects the claim. I am not a threat — I am a witness.

3. Notary vs. Court Room of Record

They seek a notary’s stamp, still asking Babylon to validate them. I need no notary. My notices are sealed by the living man, by the crest of my House, published in The Mercury and on my public record. Proof of service is my seal. Silence is their agreement.

4. UCC Correction vs. Redemption

They attempt to “correct” their names under the Uniform Commercial Code, still operating as merchandise within Babylon.

I was never under UCC. I am not merchandise, not 666, not a debtor. I am redeemed by the Blood of Christ. My standing is covenantal, not contractual.

5. Citizenship of Earth vs. Citizenship of Heaven

They cling to earthly citizenship, still bound in Babylon.

I am in this world but not of it. I am a citizen of Heaven. I have a new name, written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. I am heir of the Kingdom of God and will reign with Christ a thousand years.

6. The Liens and the Silver

My liens stand perfected, unrebutted. Each notice, each lien, adds to the weight of my lawful claim: silver upon silver, ounce upon ounce, pallet upon pallet. The remedy is already declared in Heaven. It must manifest on earth. I am not asking for wealth to control or dominate; I stand only for remedy, restoration, and freedom, to serve in peace and to help those in need.

7. The ABC Narrative

The State and its media call men and women “sovereign citizens” — a label to discredit and to create fear. Yet when I published my liens in The Mercury, demanding remedy in silver and cash, the Federal Police did not come. The ABC did not call. No one accused me.

Why? Because they know. - I am not disorderly. - I am not in rebellion. - I am not a danger to the public.

I am a man in peace, standing in truth, unrebutted. Their silence is not ignorance, but acquiescence.

8. Consent and Slavery of Men

I do not vote in their elections, for I will not lend my consent to Babylon’s governance. I do not pay their fines, for I am not their property, nor a slave to their statutes. It is written: “You were bought at a price; do not become slaves of men.” (1 Corinthians 7:23)

Nor does my wife vote. She is one flesh with me, one mind, and one in the Lord. Together we stand as heirs of the Kingdom, witnesses in honour, not slaves of men.

9. Duress and the Sevenfold Restitution

If I am ever pressed to pay their fines or fees under duress, by threats or coercion, I declare it is not consent. Fraud vitiates contract. Payment under duress is theft.

It is written: “If the thief be found, he shall restore sevenfold.” Therefore, each coerced payment multiplies sevenfold in silver and gold against: - The Treasury of Tasmania, - The Commonwealth Treasury of Australia, and - The Federal Reserve/Washington DC.

Thus, every attempt to extract under threat becomes my claim in honour, multiplied in Heaven’s record and on earth’s account.

10. Divine Protection and the Final Bond Paid

I stand under divine protection. All bonds, trusts, and debts presumed against me have been paid in full by Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Yeshua the Messiah. No treasury, no court, no fiction can demand payment twice. The blood of the Lamb has settled all accounts once and for all.

I am free. I am redeemed. I am sealed in the Kingdom of God.

11. Birth Certificate Bonds and True Redemption

The Birth Certificate bonds were created to enslave me, to trade me as property in Babylon’s system. But Christ Jesus, Yeshua of Nazareth, has redeemed me. He has paid all bonds in full. I am free.

I am wealthy — not by their fiat, but by Heaven’s record. I am set free, established as Beneficiary and Executor over my estate. And more than this: my soul is secured, sealed, and redeemed in the Kingdom of God.

12. Written in the Book of Life – Hidden in Christ

My name is written in the Book of Life from before the foundation of the world. My Maker and Creator knows and declares the end from the beginning. I am His and His alone.

No system can own me. No Universal Code can own me. No MRNA or genetic tampering can tarnish my code. For I am hidden in Christ Jesus.

No “Mr.” can touch me. No fiction — “MR ALIN VASILE MURESAN” — has power over me, the living man alin-vasile of the House of Muresan.

I am Beneficiary and Executor over that NAME. I hold power of attorney over it. The NAME cannot act, operate, or stand without me.

Therefore, no fines, no threats, no imprisonment, nor any actions can lawfully be taken against the NAME without my consent and a true meeting of the minds.

Living Heirs and Successors

This scroll covers my living heirs and successors: Samuel James, Olivia Jasmine, and my wife Loredana Adina, who is one flesh with me, one mind, and one in the Lord.

Closing Proclamation

I am not a sovereign citizen.

I am not under UCC.

I am not a debtor, not merchandise, not property.

I am not a threat.

I am a living man, Beneficiary and Executor of my estate.

Redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb.

Citizen of Heaven.

Heir of the Kingdom of God.

My liens stand. My remedy is secured. My testimony is sealed.

Wise as a serpent, gentle as a dove, I stand in my Father’s will as a witness.
