Scroll of Awakening — I Am Not the NAME
“Through pain, through labour, through loss and fire — the Lord revealed what no school or court could ever teach: I am not the NAME. I am a son of the Kingdom of God.”
This is the living testimony of Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan — a man who laboured in kitchens and sailed the seas, who was broken by the system and awakened by the Spirit. Through scars, fines, deception, and dreams, he came to know the deepest truth: that he is not the NAME, not the licence, not the legal fiction — but a living son of the Kingdom of God. This scroll was birthed through fire and revelation, and now stands as a witness to all who still sleep under the shadow of the ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
Chapter 1: A Cook, Not a Scholar
I was not a top student. My grades were average — a D to B in maths, a B+ in English as a second language. I was not groomed for law, nor trained in architecture. Instead, I became a humble cook. I fed the elderly in aged care homes, the sick in hospitals, the workers in cafés and restaurants. I laboured with my hands, my feet, my back, and my mind — on the go, sweating for wages that barely sustained.
I tried once to prove myself through work — to impress, to achieve — but it left me empty. I sought approval from men. And in return, I was broken.
I did not know then who I was. I thought I was a young man with a future to build. But God had other plans.
Chapter 2: Hatred in the Heart
I carried hatred. I skipped weddings of family members because bitterness poisoned my heart. I thought I was a Christian — I went to church, I read the Bible, I even got baptized at 18. But I was still in bondage.
It was on the sea, working merchant ships, that the Lord began to unravel me. I was feeding engineers and captains instead of guests. And out on the deck, watching the sun set over 20-meter swells, I began to reflect.
I remembered Peter — how he asked to walk on water. What courage! But I could not walk on water then, for I was still drowning in the world — in UCC contracts, in debt, in legal lies, in spiritual blindness.
Chapter 3: If This Ship Goes Down…
One night at sea, I broke. I cried out to God:
“If this ship goes down right now… where will my soul go?”
I was unsettled. I knew I wasn’t ready. I thought I was righteous, but I had hatred, pride, and religion instead of true repentance.
That night, the Lord began my awakening. I saw the lie of religion — white foyers and collection plates — and found no place in it. I wanted truth. I wanted Him.
Chapter 4: The Saw That Cut Deeper
In 2016, just before boarding a research ship, I was trying to fix a deck at home. My wife told me to pack, but I couldn’t rest. That’s when it happened — the circular saw.
Arteries, ligaments, blood, and veins — gone in an instant.
I looked to Heaven and said, “Lord, why me? Why now?” I had my life planned — land, a home, a future. But God had other plans.
That injury stripped me of my income, my role, my pride. I was placed into the hands of bureaucracies: Centrelink, Medicare, surgeons, job-seekers. I was no longer a man — I was a case number. A NAME.
But even then, I did not yet know.
Chapter 5: The NAME and the Beast
I tried to rise again. I excavated, tried to start a business. It failed. Police fined me. My tyres were bald. Everything I tried collapsed.
Then I became a school bus driver. One day, my wife didn’t wear a seat belt. A fine came in the mail — not for her, but for the NAME. And then: the AI cameras, the demerit points, the driver’s licence penalties. All automated. All under the NAME.
That’s when I began to see it.
That’s when I knew: I am not the NAME.
I sent statutory declarations — they ignored them. I learned about joinder. About the Cestui Que Vie Trust. About the ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
And I saw the fraud.
Chapter 6: The Dream of the Card
Still troubled in my spirit, I asked the Lord one day: “What do I do about the driver’s licence?” That night, I received a dream.
In the dream, a messenger of God appeared and said:
“You have received Registered Post.”
It resembled the driver’s licence. But then — a loud voice, bold and booming, declared:
“We have sent you the wrong card in error. You are NOT the card! I repeat — you are NOT the CARD.”
I saw it clearly — the plastic card, the so-called identity, the PROPERTY OF THE STATE OF TASMANIA — was not me.
And then I saw another card — a gold one.
It was not of this world. It was a card of inheritance — of the Kingdom of God.
When I awoke, I knew 100%: I am not the card. I am not the driver’s licence. I am not the NAME.
On my licence renewal, I wrote “All rights reserved.” I stood as the man. The living. The redeemed.
I am not the Cestui Que Vie Trust.
I am not the fiction.
I am not the beast.
Chapter 7: The Liens That Revealed the Lie
It was when I began filing Liens that it became clear:
- Wayne Johnson — Monetary Penalties Enforcement Service — acted as fiduciary, not trustee.
- Jason Browne — Huon Valley Council — received notice, stood dishonored.
- Matthew Grimsey — Legal Services — defaulted.
- Timothy Grant — Valuer-General — was liened for fraud against the living estate.
The system saw me as a fiction, a slave to the NAME, a debtor in default — all without my consent.
But God was teaching me this:
You are not the NAME.
You are a living man, sealed and redeemed.
Chapter 8: Revelation Through Suffering
I suffered. I lost income, reputation, status, certainty. But in that fire, the Lord refined me. He stripped away ego. Stripped away religion. Stripped away legal fictions. Until only one thing remained:
The truth of who I am.
Not a NAME.
Not a number.
Not a status or a role.
But a son of the Kingdom of God.
Now, I speak as I always have — from the heart, without preparation. Only now, it is with the Spirit of Truth, and not from the world.
The system may still pursue the NAME. But it cannot touch me — for I walk above the waves now, not under them.
And my voice is no longer mine.
It is the voice of one crying in the system:
"Awake! The scrolls are open! The NAME is not you. Come out of Babylon. The Kingdom is at hand."
