I have seen the Live Birth Record issued in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. It confirms I was Born Alive, yet the NAME was registered in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, setting the foundation of a Cestui Que Vie Trust without my consent.

I now formally rebut that presumption.
