📜 Scroll of Testimony and Final Seal — House of Mureșan

I, Alin-Vasile of the House of Mureșan, living man, sui juris, Beneficiary & Executor, testify for the Public Record, given in good faith, without vexation and without prejudice:

1. Voluntary Disarmament

I willingly surrendered my firearm ahead of time, so that the Babylon system could not misidentify or target me — whether by mistake or by intent — under false narratives. This ensured that I, the living man, could not be framed under the oxymoron “sovereign citizen.”

2. Police Encounter and False Label

When I attended the Huonville Police Station (Tasmania) to clarify a fine issued by MPES against the legal name ALIN VASILE MUREȘAN (alleging “driving without a seat belt”), I identified myself simply as a man.

• A policeman said: “Ah, you are a sovereign citizen.”

• I answered: “No such words came from my mouth; I am simply a man.”

Both the policeman and a policewoman sought joinder to the PERSON (the NAME) on the licence. They pointed to the photo and asked: “Is that not you?” I replied: “That is an image of my face; I am not paid for it.”

Despite peaceful conduct, I was ordered twice to “Get out!” — proof that officers either could not understand or would not acknowledge the living man.

3. Fraudulent Penalties and Presumptions

The system not only accused the NAME without evidence of the driver, but:

• Deducted 3 demerit points from the licence.

• Threatened vehicle seizure.

• Threatened penalties for “driving without a licence” if suspension occurred.

Both I, Alin-Vasile, and the living woman Loredana-Adina, wrote explicitly on and for behalf of the LEGAL NAME. Yet the system punished both NAME and living beings, proving the fraud of presumption.

4. Fraudulent Executors & CQV Trust

The fiduciaries — MPES, Treasury, and other agencies — operate as false Executors and Beneficiaries over legal names.

• The NAME in ALL CAPS is an artificial PERSON, created by statute.

• The living man and woman are distinct, created by God.

This fraud is rooted in the hidden Cestui Que Vie Trust, through which States act as Executors of billions of registered birth names.

5. Narratives and the Fiction of the STATE

The STATE is not a living being. It has no feelings, conscience, or substance. It is an artificial construct of the mind — upheld only by belief, statutes, and enforcement.

Employees of the STATE hide behind this fiction and commit acts “in its name.” Under this mask, dishonour and vile acts may occur, while Police, Media, and Fiduciaries frame narratives around the oxymoron “sovereign citizen.”

I make no claim of knowledge as to the design of such events, yet under the fiction of “STATE,” they may be perceived, presented, or permitted to preserve control over the living.

6. Administrative Evasion by Ombudsman

The Tasmanian Ombudsman reframed my notices and liens as:

• An issue of “Mr. Mureșan,”

• A personal dispute with Mr. Allan Jeffrey of the Gazette.

This was a deliberate evasion to protect fiduciaries like the Treasurer and Governor. It was dishonour by redirection, not remedy.

7. Tasmania Police Blockade

After my perfected Security By Way of a Lien, published in The Mercury (Hobart, 15 March 2025), Tasmania Police declared they would no longer accept emails from houseofmuresan@mailfence.com.

This proves Tasmania Police act as a Police Force protecting the STATE, not as peace officers for the people. Blocking lawful correspondence is dishonour, silence, and acquiescence.

8. Silence as Agreement — Standing in Default

• Under Natural Law & Spiritual Law, silence is agreement by acquiescence.

• Under Lex Mercatoria, perfected liens stand unrebutted as judgment.

The Tasmanian and Commonwealth Treasuries stand in dishonour and debt — now exceeding 2.1 billion AUD in .999 silver, growing daily with each dishonour.

They no longer hold lawful or spiritual power of attorney over:

There is no greater threat to the STATE than truth.
No greater threat than a man without a firearm, standing in honour, knowing who he is and who he is not.

The STATE relies on ignorance — men and women believing they are the NAME. When one rises in honour, the STATE falls silent, for fiction has no power over the living.

As liened against Wayne Johnson, Director of MPES, the dishonour of these officials is exposed. Yet they persist in extortion, proving they serve Babylon, not equity.

10. Final Seal — The Immunity of the Redeemed

There is no greater threat to the STATE than the redeemed: heirs of the Kingdom of God, who live in the world but are not of it.

Though the STATE forces men to partake in its system of lies, the employees forget: death comes to all. One day, each soul will face Almighty God — eternal life or eternal damnation.

But the redeemed already stand in diplomatic immunity of Heaven.

So it is with me, Alin-Vasile of the House of Mureșan:

• My house is secure, washed in the Blood of the Lamb.

• My heirs are secure.

• My wife is secure.

• We are hidden in Christ Jesus of Nazareth.

The boundary and life of every man and woman are counted by the Living God; even the hairs on their head are numbered.

Thus I stand, pen in hand, seal upon the record: no fiction, no STATE, no dishonour can undo what God Almighty has established.
