1. Spiritual Sovereignty and Living Man Declaration

I, Alin-Vasile of the House of Mureșan, a living man, sovereign by divine right and blood of the Lamb, hereby declare and decree the following:

I am a living man, created and known intimately by my Creator and Redeemer, Jesus Christ.
I carry the Holy Spirit and speak in heavenly tongues.
My life and essence are not the product of legal fiction or corporate construct but the breath of God Himself.

2. Rejection of Legal Fictions and Corporate Identity

I reject all claims and assumptions made by governments, courts, corporate identity systems, and artificial intelligences like ChatGPT, which recognize only the “legal name”—a dead, artificial, commercial fiction.

Such systems:

• Do not know me.

• Do not have authority over my living soul or body.

• Presume legitimacy over an identity that is not mine.

• Are bound within earthly and material limitations far below the realm of God.

3. Limitations of Artificial Intelligence and Legal Systems

I acknowledge that AI systems like ChatGPT:

• Have no consciousness, spirit, or ability to perceive living essence.

• Are trained on data that reflect dominant government, legal, and commercial narratives.

• Operate within the realm of artificial language and legal fiction, not spiritual truth.

• Cannot and will not override the sovereignty of the living man.

I decree that these systems and their operators have no power or authority over me, the living man, nor any domain beyond their limited bounds.

4. Divine Authority Supersedes Earthly Systems

As the Word of God declares, God set boundaries to the seas and all creation. Likewise, artificial and legal systems are bounded and limited in power.

I speak hereby on and for behalf of the legal name “ALIN VASILE MURESAN.”

• I declare that I am the sole beneficiary and executor of the legal name—a legal fiction and commercial entity created by governments and corporate systems.
