Background:
In the pursuit of lawful remedy regarding the Cestui Que Vie Trust and the restoration of the living estate, the living man — Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan — sought a meeting with then-Treasurer of Tasmania, Michael Ferguson.

Calls were made, messages left, and a meeting of the minds was requested on behalf of the man and his household. But instead of remedy, the following was received:

“Michael Ferguson is adamant. He does not want to see you.”

What follows is the formal scroll — a living testimony and record of that dishonour.

He Would Not See the Living Man

This scroll is a lawful and living testimony. A memorial of truth.

Michael Ferguson, while acting as Treasurer of Tasmania, was called to meet, to hear, and to remedy a matter of eternal importance: the restoration of the living estate. He was addressed not merely as a minister of the State, but as a man — accountable under heaven.

The living man, Alin-Vasile of the House of Muresan, made direct attempts to speak and meet with him, calling from public phones, writing emails, leaving messages, and requesting a meeting of the minds. These requests were met not with humility or honour, but with this firm reply from his secretary:

“Michael Ferguson is adamant. He does not want to see you.”

And when the living man requested to see the man known as Michael the man not the fiction the secretary answered:

“If Michael were to see you as a man, under what authority would he be able to possibly see you?”

And the living man replied:

“Under the authority that he already has.”

This exchange occurred around the 28th day of June 2024, shortly after the refusal of the Cygnet Classifieds to publish a public notice addressed to Wayne Johnson. From that moment, the refusal to meet was sealed. Ferguson rejected lawful remedy, and his dishonour was multiplied when a registered letter addressed to him was returned RTS — Return to Sender — marked with an exclamation.

Ferguson was reminded that the NAME (in all capital letters) is not the man. He was asked to help resolve the CQV Trust issue and to assist the living estate — Alin, Loredana-Adina, Olivia Jasmine, and Samuel James. Yet he remained in silence.

Since that time, liens have been issued. Scrolls have been published. Notices have been made. The honourable remedy was declined.

Michael Ferguson, former Treasurer of Tasmania,

• Refused to acknowledge the living man.

• Refused lawful meeting and correspondence.

• Is now entered into this scroll and listed under Tier 1 Dishonour.

• Is hereby held accountable as a man under God for his refusal.
